How to Acquire[]
Take a cheese tray with Cellar Cheddar and place it on a cheese rack placed outside for 32 hours to change to Brodgar Blue Cheese . The curds will take some time to change into cheese. The cheese will not change until removed from the rack and placed again. Cheese Brodgar Blue can only be placed in a mine to be turned into Jorbonzola. All other location will turn it into Generic Gouda.
