A charter stone is a location that, when built, freshly created characters may teleport to from the creation room. If there are any charter stones in the world, the character creation room will have a trapdoor, which on click allows you to choose a chartered village to join. The "Baby Blue Eyes" status allows you to teleport between charter stones until it wears off, or until the character interacts with any other game object. It must be built on village claim, and cannot be placed on Forest Terrain.
Can only be built by Lawspeaker.
Charter stones are rarely built or activated due to griefing, or new reincarnations who grief the village, causing them to lose possesion of the village.
