How to Acquire[]
Take a cheese tray with Brodgar Blue Cheese and place it on a cheese rack placed in a mine. The curds will take some time to change into cheese. The cheese will not change until removed from the rack and placed again. Jorbonzola can only be placed in a cellar to be turned into Midnight Blue Cheese. All other location will turn it into Generic Gouda.
