Take a cheese tray with Harmesan Cheese and place it on a cheese rack placed outside. The curds will take some time to change into cheese. After changing. the cheese will not change until removed from the rack and placed again. Sunlit Stilton cannot turn into any cheese other than Generic Gouda.
